New signage honors local service clubs
A large new sign was installed November 2021 honoring the service clubs committed to making our community a better place. Experience Chehalis (formerly named the Chehalis Community Renaissance Team) identified this project in 2019, as the former sign was becoming weathered and worn. The sign was installed on National Avenue near the Chamber of Commerce Way intersection.
The sign includes the logos of six service clubs that support Chehalis. These clubs are Altrusa, Kiwanis, Optimists, Sertoma, Soroptomists, and Rotary. It was provided at no charge to the service clubs.  The sign was erected in partnership with the City of Chehalis’s Parks and Recreation and Wastewater Departments, providing labor and materials for installation.
