After Hours Trespass Authorization

Experiencing unwanted visitors to your business after hours? By submitting this form, business and property owners can authorize officers of the Chehalis Police Department to advise subjects who are present during non-business hours that they are trespassing. Officers can take appropriate enforcement action, including a warning, arrest, citation, and/or arrest referral of those trespassing when an employee, manager, or owner is not present.
