A holiday promotions sub-committee works year-round on new additions to Chehalis’ holiday displays. Activities have included transforming the pump house at Henderson Park (corner of 13th Street and Market Blvd at Chehalis Community Services) into a life-sized gingerbread house! Enjoy the holiday season exploring Downtown Chehalis and playing Holiday BINGO! Play for fun, or play to win! Each BINGO square gives you an activity downtown to complete. Some are events to attend, shopping activities, or just free activities to get in the holiday spirit! Want to share your fun day downtown? Mail a letter to Santa Downtown!
Kicking off in 2022, Experience Chehalis and local businesses team up to bring local boys and girls a little extra magic for the holiday season with a “Letters to Santa” program. A Santa Mailbox, located just inside several local businesses are installed the day after Thanksgiving, ready to receive Dear Santa letters filled with the hopes and wishes of children of all ages and addressed to none other than the one and only Santa Claus of the North Pole.
