ChehalisFest fun kicks off in the morning with the annual blueberry pancake breakfast at the Lewis County Historical Museum from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Near the intersection of Prindle Street and Chehalis Avenue experience the Kids’ Zone with games, face painting, balloon fun, and more! Browse Gemini Event’s ChehalisFest Vendor Fair where 70+ vendors will offer unique and fun items, local goods, art, and more.
Join the ChehalisFest Scavenger Hunt and seek out the outdoor locations throughout Downtown Chehalis, and with each location visited, earn an entry into a drawing for $200 in local gift cards. New this year, participants will also earn special discounts and giveaways at nearby businesses.
Garbe’s is sponsoring the annual ChehalisFest Car Show. Early registration is at 7 a.m. and the car show kicks off at 9 a.m. Awards will be announced at 3 p.m. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Chehalis, the Veterans Memorial Museum and Experience Chehalis. Listen to live music near the car show from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The tunes move inside Garbe’s for more fun that afternoon. Enjoy a cool beverage while you listen to music at Garbe’s beer garden from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Prindle Street.
Downtown businesses will be hosting special sales including anniversary celebrations at Totally Pawsome and Shona’s Food Company. Southwest Washington Dance Center will host performances throughout the day and there will be great deals to discover at the many sidewalk sales. Be sure to strike a pose at Summer Selfie Row which will feature fun, playful backdrops on Boistfort Street,
